Arthur L Parker, DMD

Since graduating from the University of Oregon Dental School in the early 1970’s, Dr. Art Parker has had a long and varied career in dentistry. He has been strongly influenced by studying with masters of complementary medicine.  Dr. Parker is a pioneer in his field when it comes to his approach to TMJ/TMD diagnosis and treatment. He has a keen appreciation of functional anatomy and how the lower jaw is an integral part of the body’s postural dynamics.

In his career he has seen over 15K TMJ/TMD patients and has mentored study groups, lectured nationally and internationally while maintaining fellowship in the International College of Craniomandibular Orthopedics and membership status in several large TMJ/TMD organizations.

Dr. Parker is passionate about the role of the airway in the development of the upper and lower arches in the growing child and is active in several national organizations to disseminate this knowledge to the general public. He recognizes that the prevention of compromised airways will ensure that these children will not develop into adults suffering from TMJ/TMD and sleep apnea- both of which are prevalent in modern society.

Dr. Parker enjoys an active lifestyle and regularly bikes and paddle boards while maintaining a busy practice.  His wife Debbie owns a busy and thriving custom jewelry store in Camas, Washington. They love to travel and enjoy spending time with their three grandchildren, Amaya, Arlo and Miles

Our team has a diverse background of skills that puts us in a position to achieve life-changing outcomes for many of our patients

Priya Mistry, DDS

Graduated with honors from University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in 2007 and has been helping her patients smile with confidence for the past 12 years.  During this time, she has enjoyed working with a large variety of people - different ages, cultures and various social backgrounds. Through it all, Dr. Mistry has maintained her goal in dentistry: to provide excellent dental care in a compassionate and comfortable setting.

Her motivation to pursue a career in dentistry started after she had an accident as a child, leaving her front two teeth broken in half (an incident which can be quite upsetting for a 9 year old child).  Getting those teeth “fixed” painlessly and efficiently by her family dentist is what set Dr. Mistry on the path to becoming a dentist. Her dedication to patient care is apparent from the initial exam and throughout the course of treatment.  Dr. Mistry’s patients have said time and again that they appreciate that she takes the time to explain each procedure and ensure that her patient is comfortable every step of the way.

More recently, Dr. Mistry has been focusing on neuromuscular dentistry and taking care of patients with TMJ/TMD and head and neck pain.  After seeing how debilitating it can be for people to live in chronic pain, Dr. Mistry has been attending various continuing education courses and seminars in order to provide more comprehensive care for her patients.

Dr. Mistry enjoys spending time with her husband and her two lovely children.  She also likes to cook, read, hike, and exercise.
