I feel so fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Mistry. Previously, I had seen 7 different doctors, and still, my condition progressively worsened until, finally, my jaw locked closed. At that point, I was told that surgery was my only option. But I knew of TMJ surgery's low success rate, so I finally sought out Dr. Mistry as a last resort. Being treated by her was completely different. Our first interaction was via video call because I live out-of-state. I had never been asked so many questions about my condition before. My first in-person appointment lasted 2-3 hours, during which I was asked more questions and had multiple tests and treatments done. Within just a few treatments, I could eat fairly normally. Now, my jaw has full range of motion and practically no pain. Dr Priya and her team are amazing!

Dr Priya and everyone at the clinic are wonderful! I got a mouth guard and had disclusion time reduction therapy (DTR) which has helped my jaw pain immensely!

Highly recommend. If you've tried other ways, especially through a standard dentist, and still have symptoms, try this! Much more informed way of approaching the pain and so much more effective.

Dr Mistry and her staff are amazingly kind, supportive, and understanding. And best of all, her treatment works! I've had occasional TMJ pain for years, but something caused it to dislocate, and after that it stayed very painful. My TMJ pain had gotten to the point where I couldn't chew rice. Physical therapy and chiropractic helped a bit, but as soon as I got my orthotic it began to improve rapidly. Three months later I'm able to eat almond, raw carrots, and other foods that were previously unthinkable. I'm told my results were faster than average, which is nice, but I would have been fine with a couple more month of treatment. The full treatment is expensive. If you have chronic pain that doesn't respond to other modalities, it is entirely worth it.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Mistry and her team. I came in struggling with ear pain, and thanks to her expertise, we concluded this ear pain is related to TMJ. The orthotic is working for me as I have now been pain-free for several months now. She is incredibly smart, thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process. The staff was also wonderful--friendly, helpful, and always responsive. From start to finish, the level of care and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this practice to anyone dealing with TMJ issues or related pain.
